Return and Exchange Policy

Though we generally do not accept returns, under specific circumstances, customers have 48 hours from the time they receive and sign for the package to notify us of their intention to return the item. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- To request a return, please send an email to [email protected], and we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the process.
- Upon confirmation, we will provide a FedEx Express or UPS Express return shipping label. Once we receive the item, our team will carefully inspect it for any signs of wear or damage.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued, minus any original shipping fees (if applicable) and a $35 fee for return shipping.
- Punjab Jewelers retains the right to deny a return or refund if the item appears to be worn or damaged during the customer's possession.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Orders involving custom work, such as ring or bracelet resizing, color changes, or plating, are
considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Custom-made items are also considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Exchanges:
- Customers have 72 hours from the time of delivery and signing to inform us of their intent to exchange an item, provided it is within the same product category.
