- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $500, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies.

- Order Confirmation & Processing: After an order is placed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order and shipping address. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours after confirmation, although this may take longer during holiday seasons.

- Express Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped via UPS Express or FedEx Express, and a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Delivery time generally ranges between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping address.

- Tracking Information: Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

- Expedited Shipping Requests: If you require expedited shipping, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

- Insurance & Security: All shipments are fully insured and require a signature at the time of delivery for added security.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for the following reasons:

1. If multiple orders are placed for the same item, and the item is out of stock.

2. If the order does not meet our credit card security guidelines.

3. If a pricing error occurs when an item is listed on our website.
